Over the past five days, we’ve found 47 stories of how ICT is changing 21+ African nations. Our favorite is how the island of Idjwi is now connected to the internet. A Google competition to encourage local content creation raises quite a few questions as well. Also, we find excellent counterpoint to last week’s news of Facebook’s plans to improve internet access in the developing world.
